The Journey Behind Brandpreneuring
Jagan Karthik began his academic and leadership journey at Vels University, Pallavaram, earning a B.Sc. in Computer Science. During his college years, he served as the NSS Coordinator and Pupil Leader, where he developed a strong foundation in teamwork, social responsibility, and leadership — qualities that would later shape his entrepreneurial approach.
He further pursued an MBA in Logistics & Shipping from the Indian Institute of Logistics (IIL) under Bharathiar University, expanding his understanding of global supply chains, business systems, and process efficiency.
His career began in 2012 as a Sales Executive at MPL Ford Cars, where he gained firsthand experience in customer interaction, product positioning, and brand communication. In 2013, he joined First Flight Couriers as a Dispatch Monitor, learning the importance of precision, coordination, and timely delivery — lessons that would later influence his focus on automation and operational excellence.
Shortly after, he joined his family business, Om Shree Raghavendra Transport, which specialized in construction material supply and intercity logistics. Here, Jagan learned the realities of business operations, client management, and logistics strategy. This hands-on experience gave him the confidence to innovate and find ways to digitize and automate traditional business practices.
Entrepreneurial Leap
In 2016, Jagan karthik .Kumba Gopi founded CMSSWIFT Private Limited, an IT and logistics-based company focused on digital transformation. Under his leadership, CMSSWIFT developed and implemented a range of innovative tools and automation solutions — from billing software and delivery maintenance systems to POS setups and SaaS-based applications. These solutions helped businesses transition from manual operations to structured, automated processes — improving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Jagan’s vision expanded beyond IT and logistics to broader digital ecosystems. He conceptualized and led several innovative projects, including:
• ZINGODRIVE – a road safety and motor reminder initiative.
• AMCALLINGYOU laid the foundation, and now it has evolved into TOPIKO – a business networking SaaS platform designed to connect
entrepreneurs and unlock growth opportunities.
TOPIKO is a dynamic ecosystem that unites businesses through innovative digital solutions and marketing technology. Seamlessly supporting D2C, B2B, and B2C channels, it empowers brands to thrive across any sales or distribution model. More than just a platform, TOPIKO is a complete digital marketplace, equipping businesses with the tools, connectivity, and reach to grow, engage, and succeed in today’s digital era.
• DISBLAY – a nano webpage SaaS platform that helps business owners create digital storefronts, enabling them to showcase, market, and manage their products and services online.
• YADZ (Your Affordable Digital Zone) – a marketing-on-wheel initiative that connects offline and online audiences through QR-linked subscriptions and cash reward campaigns.
Through these ventures, Jagan Karthik has established himself as a specialist in UI/UX design, digital structuring, automation setup, and business system development. He consistently works to simplify and strengthen the connection between businesses and their customers. His expertise spans building SaaS products, ERP, CRM, POS systems, product and service platforms, as well as providing strategic consultancy to drive business growth and efficiency.
